April 20, 2013, the Ambassador of Ukraine Oleksandr Gorin addressed the representatives of the Ukrainian community during the cultural and informational event "Day of Ukraine", organized by the Dutch Foundation "Cooperation Platform Netherlands-Ukraine". In his speech the Ambassador stressed the important role of foreign Ukrainians as in the preservation and dissemination of the achievements of Ukrainian culture abroad, as in promotion of the Ukraine’s foreign policy and economic interests outside our country.
"Day of Ukraine in the Netherlands' traditionally held twice a year by the "Cooperation Platform Netherlands-Ukraine" under the auspices of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Netherlands, aimed at familiarizing of the Dutch public with the culture and history of Ukraine as well as political, social and economic development of our country.
