Ambassador Olexander Horin elected as the Chairperson of the Executive Council of the OPCW

On 7 May 2013 the 72-nd session of the Executive Council of the OPCW in accordance with Rule 6 of its Rules of Procedure, and with effect from 12 May 2013, the Council elected Ambassador of Ukraine Olexander Horin as its new Chairperson, for a term of office ending on 11 May 2014.
