On 24 July 2013 Ambassador of Ukraine Olexander Horin held a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. During the meeting the Ambassador has handed an instrument of ratification of the Convenetion on the international recovery of child support and other forms of family maintenance, concluded at The Hague on 23 November 2007, to the representatives of the Legal Affairs Department which acts as a Depositary of this multilateral treaty.

According to the notification of the Depositary, the Convention enters into force for Ukraine on 1 November 2013.

Representatives of the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on International Private Law within the framework of which the Convention has been developed also attended the meeting.
