Ambassador of Ukraine to the Kingdom of the Netherlands Olexander Horin, current Chairman of the Executive Council of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, attended the meeting with the President of France Francois Hollande.  

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on ways to universalize the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and the implementation of the program to remove chemical weapons from Syria.
