R.Telipskiy informed the community about national and world heritage of monumental Shevchenkiady, the total number of sculptures to the Great Kobzar in Ukraine and abroad, demonstrated the most original and interesting monuments to Poet. During the presentation R.Telipskyy conducted analysis and comparative characterization of the scale of Shevchenko’s monuments in compare to the monuments to the other outstanding people worldwide. Particular attention was focused on the great impact and importance of Shevchenko monument in the patriotic education of youth.

Ruslan Telipskiy made almost 1,000 photos of the Shevchenko monuments in Ukraine and 20 countries, that researcher had visited for the last ten years. The uniqueness of his photo exhibition “Monumental Shevchenkiada", which amounts to more than 200 exhibits, is that it is the largest collection of Shevchenko monument’s photos , made by one person to his own enthusiasm and on his own account .
