Administrative Council of the Permanent Court of Arbitration holds 190th meeting

Administrative Council of the Permanent Court of Arbitration held its 190th meeting today in the Hague.
During the meeting the Member States, in particular, adopted the PCA’s budget for 2015, approved sanctions envisaged by the PCA Financial Regulations and Rules against the Member States in arrears.
