Kherson Regional State Administration of Ukraine presents a perspective investment project of the setting-up the medical treatment procedure for the patients with congenital and acquired pathology of locomotor apparatus (musculoskeletal system) such as multicomponent deformations of extremities (acquired and congenital), ununited and wrong united fractures, bone abnormalities, shortening of extremities etc exercised by means of tranosseous osteosynthesis.
