During the event, Ambassador Horin addressed the participants and SOFT Tulip Foundation with the words of gratitude for working through the last 9 years in Ukraine on numerous projects of assistance and social adaptation of children and adults with special needs, the elderly, people with mental illnesses.

SOFT Tulip Foundation is a network organization of care providers in the Netherlands and aims at furthering abroad the quality of life – comprising social inclusion – of persons with a disability, elderly and psychiatric patients in accordance with the United Nations’ Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

The organization has been actively working in Ukraine on various projects in the area of care for grownups and children with disabilities, the elderly, and psychiatric patients since 2006.
