Ukrainian delegation takes part in Plenary Meeting of Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR)

On October 5th to 9th, 2015, the Plenary Meeting of the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) took place in Rotterdam. The delegation of Ukraine was headed by the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Kingdom of the Netherlands H.E. Mr. Olexander Horin.
The main purpose of the Plenary Meeting was to review and evaluate the MTCR's activities over the last 12 months and to intensify the efforts of MTCR Partners to prevent the proliferation of means delivery weapons of mass destruction.
