On May 16 2012 the Seminar “ Ukraine and the Netherlands: 20 years of Bilateral Relations” was held in the Hague on the initiative of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Netherlands and the Institute of international relations Clingendael.

Mr. V.Chentsov, acting Director-General, Directorate General for the European Union, MFA of Ukraine and Mrs.M.Vonno, Deputy Director of the Department of Europe, MFA of the Netherlands were the key-note speakers of the seminar.

The seminar was held at the Institute of international relations Clingendael – the prominent analytical centre of the Netherlands with participation of representatives of the governmental, parliamentary and scientific structures of the Netherlands.

The actual issues of Ukraine – the Netherlands cooperation as well as European integration of Ukraine and the current situation in Ukraine were discussed during the panel discussion of the seminar.
