Сommemorating Holocaust victims at the 75th anniversary of the Babyn Yar tragedy the Ambassador and the embassy staff laid flowers at the memorial to Jewish children who perished during the Second World War. The monument is shaped like a playground consisting of 6 highchair different heights on which names of 400 children and their age are engraved. Also flowers were laid at the memorial Holocaust "Star of David", located next to the former synagogue.
