On May 31, 2018 the Ukrainian Agro-Industrial & Food Forum was held in Amsterdam.
The event brought together over one and a half hundred representatives of Ukrainian and Dutch companies producing and distributing agricultural and food products, governments of the two countries, as well as the Dutch and international financial institutions.

Among the issues raised at the forum’s panel discussions were strengthening Ukraine's position on global markets for agro-industrial products, implementation of innovations and modern technologies in the Ukrainian agro-industrial sector, availability of financial resources for domestic agrarians and food producers, as well as the challenges and opportunities on the way of development of domestic Agro-Industrial complex.

The second meeting of the Ukrainian-Dutch Joint Business Council was held on margins of the Forum under the co-chairmanship of the ex-Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Ukrainian businessman Oleksiy Pavlenko and VNO NCW Chairman Hans de Boer.
