Ambassador of Ukraine in the Netherlands H.E.Dr.O.Horin and Deputy Director of Clingendael Academy Mrs.S.Nollen officially opened the 5-days Training Seminar in the Clingendael Institute on preparation of Ukrainian experts for the OSCE Chairmanship of Ukraine 2013.

TheTraining Seminar is organized according to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Netherlands’ Institute of international relations ‘Clingendael’ on cooperation in the preparation of the OSCE Chairmanship of Ukraine 2013.
