Today at yearly network meeting Soft Tulip celebrated 12 ½ years of activities in Ukraine and on this occasion handed over to Ambassador V. Chentsov the book "Making a change". The book tells about the Soft Tulip's longstanding efforts in Ukraine to reform the care system for children with disabilities. The book contains experience and personal stories of Ukrainian and Dutch experts who were directly involved in the introduction of early intervention system in Ukraine.
Soft Tulip is a Dutch non-governmental organization focusing on sharing of Dutch experience and the improvement of the health care system in countries which need support in these matters.
