Prime Minister Mykola Azarov's address on the occasion of the International Day of Disabled Persons

Dear compatriots!Annual marking of the International Day of Disabled Persons - is recognition of the rights of people with special needs to enjoy a full life, to attract public attention to the need to create conditions for the integration of more than two million of our citizens with disabilities in all spheres of national life.
Strengthening social protection and support for people with disabilities is one of the priorities of the Government.
The task of the state and all of us is to continue to focus its efforts to address the pressing problems of the disabled, guided by the principles of humanity and justice.
It is our duty to help these people, especially with the attention and sensitivity, a kind word and concrete actions.
I wish you good health, inexhaustible energy, optimism, strength and inspiration, family comfort!
