The State Migration Service of Ukraine in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ukraine has announced the opening of a new passport service point of the State Enterprise "Dokument". 

As of today, 8 specially equipped mobile service points in a form of a minibus vehicle, with the ensignia of a "Passport service" have started providing services in an additional city of Germany, at Cologne. 

The mobile service points are located at the address: Breslauer Platz, Köln, 50668, Germany.

The opening hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 till 18:00.

It is only possible to obtain services at the mobile service points exclusively on prior appointment basis via the electronic queue.  

The list of services available to the citizens of Ukraine in Cologne: 

• Obtaining a Passport of a citizen of Ukraine in a form of an ID-card, or a Passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travelling abroad (including replacing lost of stolen passports);
• Replacing ID-card or the Passport for travelling abroad (in connection with the ending of the validity date, change of personal information, physical damage);
• Exchange of the Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (1994 model) to a newer version in a form of an ID-card (voluntarily or on grounds of physical damage);
• Simultaneous application for both Passport of a citizen of Ukraine in a form of an ID-card and Passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travelling abroad;
• Exchange of a Driver's license' 
• Insurance.
