Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba had a phone call with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Stef Blok. 

The Ministers discussed ways to bring justice & accountability for the downing of MH17. 

Ukraine remains fully committed to further cooperation. 

Dmytro Kulema and Stef Blok also discussed the unilateral decision of the Russian Federation to suspend negatiations over its responsibility for downing MH17.

"Russia’s decision to leave the consultative group shows fear of truth about what happened in the sky over Donbas on July 17th 2014", stated Minister Dmytro Kuleba.
