On April 2 2012 Ambassador of Ukraine in the Netherlands H.E.Dr.O.Horin and Director of Clingendael Academy Mr. R.Ton signed the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the preparation of the OSCE Chairmanship of Ukraine 2013 between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Netherlands’ Institute of international relations ‘Clingendael’.

This Memorandum is aimed at promoting the cooperation in the field of experiences’ exchange and organizing training courses and seminars for Ukrainian experts who will be involved in the OSCE Championship of Ukraine in 2013.
