OnApril2 2012AmbassadorofUkraineintheNetherlands H.E.Dr.O.Horin and Director of Clingendael Academy Mr. R.Ton signed the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the preparation of the OSCE Chairmanship of Ukraine 2013between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Netherlands’ Institute of international relations ‘Clingendael’.
This Memorandum is aimed at promoting the cooperation in the field of experiences’ exchange and organizing training courses and seminars for Ukrainian experts who will be involved in the OSCE Chairmanship of Ukraine in 2013.
