Dear applicants!

We inform you that, in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Embassy has temporarily suspended the performance of consular services on applications filed by male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 60, except for actions related to the issuance of Certificates for Return to Ukraine.

This decision is temporary and is related to the need to obtain additional clarifications regarding the implementation of new changes to the legislation on mobilization and military service, which comes into effect on May 18, 2024.

At the same time, the Embassy will continue to provide consular services based on the applications of male citizens of Ukraine (from 18 to 60 years old) concerning their minor children (up to 18 years old), in particular, regarding the issuance of a foreign passport, acquisition of Ukrainian citizenship by birth, extension of the validity period of the passport for travelling abroad of the child, etc.
