From November 15th, 2023, the authorization mechanism during registration to E-Queue (system to make appointment with the Embassy only) will be updated.

In order to improve access to consular services, ensure your safety as well as prevent cyber fraud, registration in the E-Queue of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine will be subject to electronic identification of the visitor, using their Digital signatures (stored in a file, cloud or other secure media), DIIA.Pidpis or using BankID of the National Bank of Ukraine.

Electronic identification is provided through the ID.GOV.UA platform. We kindly advise you to ensure you are able to access and use of electronic identification means. Information about getting the Digital Signatures and relevant instructions on obtaining them may be found in Ukrainian language at MFA website: https://mfa.gov.ua/consul/forua/e-cherga
