Investment proposal of the Sellfish Group LLC on selling walnut kernels and shells.  

The Sellfish Group LLC is a producer and exporter of walnut kernels and shells from Ukraine.

We are interested in signing a supply contract on a permanent basis for 1/2, ¼, mix (content upon your request) of walnut kernels on the following terms:

-                 the package shall be corrugate cardboard boxes of 10kg each;

-                 shipment of 22 tons in the 40-foot container on the FCA terms, Kryviy Rih city, Ukraine;

-                 a possible monthly volume of supply of 66-110 tons;

-                 prepayment of 50% of the lot cost, 10 days prior to the scheduled shipment date, payment of  the residual 50% of the lot cost on the day of formalizing CCD in the export procedure;

-                 the price of $5.5 per 1 kg (valid until 31.03.2016).

The Company provides the cost of delivery of the container from Odesa seaport or land border of Ukraine, if the prices and conditions are accepted.
